While the best prevention of skin cancer is to stay out of the sun, the proper use of sunblock products can help to prevent damaged skin.
1. Please wear a Sunblock of Spf 30 or higher.
2. Use Spf that is considered a physcial block. It must contain Zinc Oxide and or Titanium Dioxide.
3. You need to Re-apply every 3 hours and even more frequently if swimming or prespiring.
