Sunscreen tips:
1. Wear a sunblock of Spf 30 or higher. (The difference between Spf 30 and 100 is only a few percentage points).
2. You need to re-apply every 3 hours and even more frequent if swimming or perspiring.
3. Use Spf that contains physical block such as Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide. ( All sunscreens sold at DermaRenewal contain physcial block.
4. At your next Dr's appointment request to have your face/body examined for any irregular moles. etc.
